  • The workflow is not as described or significantly different from the listing
  • The workflow contains critical bugs that prevent basic functionality
  • The workflow is incompatible with your stated n8n version
  • You experience technical issues preventing access to the purchased workflow
  • Duplicate purchase of the same workflow

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind after purchase
  • You don't have the technical skills to implement the workflow
  • Your environment doesn't meet the stated requirements
  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
  • You have downloaded or used the workflow extensively

3. Refund Request Process

  3. Include relevant screenshots or documentation of the issue
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. You will be notified of the decision via email

4. Refund Timeline
